Service Description

A Yoga practice were we explore the breath, the sacred sounds and the experience created within. In this one hour lesson you will learn basic harmonium chords and notes, vocal exercises and mantras. We will chant for most of the lesson. You will leave with one mantra to practice at home. -If you don't have a harmonium, you are welcome to use mine
